How do I fix Xbox One S Error Code 0xc0000189 ?

I am getting this issue for all apps and digital games and disc versions of games it occurs 100% of the time.

I have went xbox.com/errorhelp and found nothing to solve this error code.

I have tried restarting my console.

I have tried Holding the power button down for 10 seconds while the system is on to perform a hard reset.

Nothing has worked.

What can I do exactly to fix this?

Why am I getting this error code all of the time?

Try to reset your console

Is this happening on all profiles? If its only for yours, you can try removing
your profile from the console, and then re-signing in. If this happens on all profiles, or you don't have any other to test, then a soft factory reset should help you out.

You will not have to redownload any games or apps, and you will not lose any saved data if you were playing with your console connected to a network. Please note that you will have to re-sign into any profiles you use on this console. Make sure you
know the emails and passwords before continuing.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, select reset and keep my games and apps

This fix is only temporary also I have only one profile.

Will Microsoft be publishing a Hotfix Build to fix Error Code 0xc0000189 ?

Also please send this to Microsoft is Development Team so they can open a Jira bug with this error code to fix please and not waive this issue as many Xbox Users are experiencing it.

If the bug happens to be already entered and they know about it and don't want to fix it for wtv reason can they please re-open the bug and please fix this error code as the repro rate is 100%.

The code is from xbox. I keep getting this code while trying to get into hulu. It states to go to xbox.com/errorhelp. Then It says to enter code, we enter

0xc0000189 and it states:

Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0xc0000189".

This is where xbox said to go with this code. Why doesn't xbox error help recognise it's own code. Please update the Xbox help site.

I have seen that error code on PC but not on xbox and it is a blue screen error 🤔.
