How do i fix xbox game chat

Ever since i bough the xbox series x people in game chat across all the games i played told me that i am very very quiet and can’t hear me. I have tried with multiple controllers and seem to doesn’t work. Though for some reason party chat seems to work just fine.

I see. If this is the case, you'll be needing to open the ports of your router. You'll be needing to reach your ISP and let them open these ports:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Hey Dericka just tried with another headset and still the same issue, every-time im in game chat, in any game people say that im too quiet and can barely hear me, though when im in party chat i sound fine.
