How do I fix "Too many people have this as their home xbox"

I am trying to give my brother my games, as he finally got his own xbox but when I try to set his xbox as my home xbox, I get told that too many people have this as their home xbox do not have my console set as my home xbox and I do not think that anyone
else has my account details. Does anyone know a fix to this?

Home xbox error

Every time I try to set my home xbox I get an error stating too many people have my xbox as their home xbox, however to the best of my knowledge no accounts do!

I have no Xbox live and can't play my games.

 

You can only have one Home Xbox and If you have changed it within the past year you can’t change it agian

 

i know that but i think that microsoft will have to reset it to no home xboxes because my brother really needs my games

 

nope once you use the 5 tries you must wait or contact support unless they already said no

Best bet stop sharing your account with the neighbourhood and use it the way it's supposed to be for your personal use not for cheating the systwm

 

That means your brother already asked multiple friends to share their games to his console.

It's not your account's problem. It's just that there is a limit of how many people can have one single console as their Home Console.

Your brother has to decide which people he'll let on his console as his Home Console.

As soon as one of your brother's friends chose a different Home Console, you can share your games to your brother's console.
