    How do I fix this


    Randomly yesterday my Console disconnected from my remote play on the Xbox app and today when I tried to re add my console I get hit with the same message “sorry something went wrong please try again, make sure both your console and phone are on the same network (they are) , and that you’ve turned on remote play on your console (it also is) I’ve tried every possible thing from changing my NAT type to restarting my console and I am honestly very frustrated.

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2

    Xbox Live Status.     Currently there is a known issue for Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account. On the site, please click Notify Me when signed into the account and it will ask for a 10 digit phone number. It will announce
    when the service is back up and running.
