    how do I fix this?


    I own Cold War on my Xbox series X, the game and add one are completely installed in my game library but when I go to play, it says I don’t own it. When I go to the game store, I’ll click on manage and and it says 0 out of xxx are installed. When I click on it, the main game and campaign shows it’s installed but the add ons aren’t. I’ll go to check the boxes for the add ons and they’ll appear in my queue as if they were installing again. After I’ll go to try and play and it’ll do the same thing over again.

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2

    Please check our

    Xbox Live Status.     Currently there is a known issue for Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account. On the site, please click Notify Me when signed into the account and it will ask for a 10 digit phone number. It will announce
    when the service is back up and running.
