    How do I fix this?


    Hi. My Xbox live won’t work on a game I have. I’ve tried signing in multiple times, but the game disconnects me from Xbox live every time I try. I’ve tried my internet connection and it’s fine, I’ve also tried deleting and reconnecting my account to the Xbox. It’s just this one game and I need to know how to fix it. The game is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, and it gives me the following message, “Sorry, this profile can’t connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it, download it again.” I don’t know what this means or what to do, as it works with other accounts and doesn’t disconnect them from Xbox live. I don’t know if it’s the game or if it’s my account that’s messed up. What do I do?

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2

    Xbox Live Status.     Currently there is a known issue for Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account. On the site, please click Notify Me when signed into the account and it will ask for a 10 digit phone number. It will announce
    when the service is back up and running.
