how do i fix this?

this has been happening for the last week and a half.

this keeps popping up after I sign in to the Xbox app of the laptop.

"we were unable to sign you into Xbox live.

we can't sign you into Xbox live at the moment. try again in a while. if that doesn't work, we have a few ideas that might help fix the problem.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App? Here
are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

it deleted the app, then I reinstalled it, but it still doses the whole try again thing.
