    You may see the following error message when you try to download your profile on Xbox Live:

    This may mean either of the following things:

    • There is a problem with your network connection.
    • There is a problem with the information in your Microsoft account

    Please try the steps mentioned on this support page for that specific error code: 8007274D Error Code | Xbox Live Errors

    These steps should fix the issue.

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2

    Please check our

    Xbox Live Status.     Currently there is a known issue for Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account. On the site, please click Notify Me when signed into the account and it will ask for a 10 digit phone number. It will announce
    when the service is back up and running.
