How do I fix this all my settings are allow or everything/one but this still pops up

If your settings are setup correctly and you're still getting the prompt, it may mean that you don't have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription which is required to play a paid online multiplayer game.

Right now I'm trying to sign in on my Xbox 1 but it always brings up, "Try again later." I do it and nothing happens except for the message that pops up. I tried restarting my Xbox but it didn't help at all. Even to test out something else I tried
on other accounts on my Xbox and they all had the same pop up so I can't fully access my Xbox. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I just made my account. I'm still allowed to change my gamer tag for free one time since they supply the name for you. Not sticking with this dumb name and it's really irritating that no one has a clue how to fix it. Everything is updated. Still no luck

Now, will this fix my issue completely and have everything return to normal?

Also, how do I know if I'm still under the US? I went back to my IP setting on my xbox and returned everything to automatic settings where it just automatically takes all the information that it could find around me.
