How do I fix the "You already own this problem"

Hello, I am experiencing an issue while trying to purchase Robux through the Microsoft Store app on my Windows PC. I have sufficient credit in my Microsoft account to make the purchase, and I am attempting to buy Robux via the 80 Robux option, which is still available. However, when I try to complete the purchase, I receive an error message stating, "You already own it," even though I have not made this purchase yet. I've tried signing out and back in, clearing the cache, and restarting my computer, but the issue persists. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this, as I am unable to buy Robux despite having enough credit.

Sorry to hear about that, however, this usually means you were able to purchase it previously. You can check your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders to confirm.

If not yet, are you purchasing it in-game? Kindly note that Microsoft credits cannot be used to buy Robux on PC. You may purchase it directly from Robux Store here: https://www.roblox.com/upgrades/robux

Moreover, you can try using a different device to see if the issue will suffice.

Not quite helpful.

I used to be able to robux before. This isn't ingame. It's in the app. You cannot use points to purchase on the website.

You can buy robux on PC. On the Microsoft app version. Ive tried resetting etc.

Weridly enough I can buy robux on my other Microsoft account but its not sufficient in credits but I never used it. While when I did buy robux all of the orders went there. Not through my current one.

I have same problem the DLC Landing Force is owned, but will not open. How do I fix this on my XBox One? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem, but with all the SE5 DLC. When I select any of the missions, it makes me log in to my account even though I'm already in, then tells me that I already own it. Yeah, I know, now let me play it!

I’m in Germany and my location is set as so.

Yes my microsoft balance and payment method matches with my physical location. (Balance in Euro)

(A little background info)

(This problem has just started and i’m not sure why, i’ve had my xbox for a while so maybe the age has something to do with it? This problem just recently occurred and i just want to get back to having no problems purchasing stuff from the store)

Where exactly did you try to purchase the game from? On the console, Microsoft Store online (internet browser), or Minecraft website?
Aren't you part of a Microsoft Family? Kindly check it via https://family.microsoft.com/

- I would suggest that you try to purchase it using a different device.
- Make sure as well to update your billing information through https://account.microsoft.com > Payment & billing > Address book.
- If you haven't added a credit/debit card yet on your account, try adding one first then repurchase the game using your Microsoft balance.
