How do I fix the Xbox PC app ( Looks Like Your Stranded) Error?

When I try to click on the button for game pass in the Xbox PC app I get the (Looks Like Your Stranded) error. I Have tried some of the things people suggested on YouTube but none of them helped. I Check if my date and time settings where right, and they where. I went into windows setting>Apps>Xbox>Advanced and then clicked reset and repair. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and that didn't work, everything else in the app works its only the Xbox game pass buttons that don't. I would provide a screenshot but its not loading properly it says. any help would be great

I'm up to date with 22H2

All Xbox apps are up to date and I have Xbox Console Companion app downloaded

But I still seem to be getting the same (Looks Like Your Stranded) message when clicking on the Game pass button.

I don't own game pass but I'm trying to buy it. Do I need to buy Game pass on the Website instead of the app?

I have tried all of this and it still gives me the same error. I'm about to throw this computer out the window. LOL
