How do I fix the multiplayer unavailable issue on Halo Infinite when I use cloud Gaming on...

I understand you're having a problem with Halo Infinite through cloud gaming. Please try playing it on a different browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and etc. Also, try restarting your mobile phone and try testing it on a different device.

Cloud functionality is completely optional. As is playing multiplayer.

Hello, when I'm playing on the cloud on my PC, for example, halo infinite, and someone tries to invite me to a game, it tells me that I have to download the game in order to accept invites, but I can invite them and play with them and it's not a problem. How can I fix that?

To confirm if the issue is with the game itself, we suggest downloading other games and see if you still get the same audio problem. If this is a game issue Halo Infinite can provide you more information and how to fix it.

I found workarounds that might help you resolve the problem.

• Use an analog 3.5mm audio cable to connect your headphones directly to the PC while playing Halo.
  
• Switch back to USB cable or Bluetooth for other applications.
  
• If this does not fix, uninstall programs associated with your headphones.
