How do i fix rewards points app on xbox one

You wouldn't be on 20 yet since you've only finished your 14th week streak. The green line is headed in that direction so you're not stuck on 10. It looks as though it's working as intended.

The 2 sets of points are not the same thing. The points on the Rewards app are how many points you've earned through the Rewards program. The points on the Xbox dashboard is your gamerscore. Gamerscore is earned by earning achievements in games.
