    How do I fix my son's wallet?


    I have been trying for a LONG time to get a transaction to go through for my son. He is under 13 so his account requires my permission for purchases. That's fine. Except that when he asks for permission, and I allow it, it just keeps telling me that I have to add more money to his wallet when he already has DOUBLE what he needs! I tried micosoft support and they just punted me over to X-box and I can't find any solutions here either!

    So, your son's wallet already have money, right?
    Could you try disabling temporarily this permission and manually you use his account to purchase the desired content to see how it goes?

    Sign in to your Family page with an adult account

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

    Find the child's name and select More options > Spending.
    Under the Ask to buy section, switch Needs organizer approval to buy things to Off.

    How do I ensure that money added shows in my son’s Microsoft wallet?

    Hi there,

    If this is happening on a Xbox console be sure to check if that console is set to the correct country region in the settings. If it is set to a different then be sure to change it to the correct country region

    Something else to check is for your son's account is to check the balance on the account via this link:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments to verify if the money is showing there in the account balance

    If the money is not to be found then it might be best to contact Xbox Support (via phone) they should be able to look into issue.
