How do I fix my Microsoft Store log in?

I have tried to log into my Microsoft store for the past year but every time i try to log in it gives me the same 0x800704cf error saying that I don't have an Internet connection when I do. I'm connected by ethernet and everything is working fine except the Microsoft store and Xbox log in. I reasently switched from windows 10 to windows 11 and thinking that would save my problem but it didn't. I have spoken to multiple agents at Microsoft and still the problem stands. They have used the Quick Assist App to remotely control my PC and do things for me with me being present but yet, no change. We have ran every possible powershell , cmd, run, control panel ,registry and services command and setting and still no change. We have tried terminating, resetting, and repairing the app multiple time but still no change. We have re-installed Windows multiple times, changed and adjusted several settings and still no change. I am extremely annoyed, and i have been through a lot for this OS and for what? So my problem doesn't get fixed by the operating systems own employees? This is ridiculous and unacceptable .I simply downloaded Minecraft Launcher to try and play my favorite game and still the same error and same problem. I am not buying the game again just because you guys can't fix your system. Please help even though whatever you tell me I have already probably done. HELP ME. WINDOWS FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!

First try to use a mobile hotspot to see if the same problem occurs. This step is to help you rule out network problems.
Change the DNS settings and change them to a public DNS address. For example, Google DNS (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1). After changing the DNS, you need to restart the network device and computer for the settings to take effect.

I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on
that?

I assumed that once I created an account and logged into it, my computer would be on the same page. Unfortunately, the Microsoft store my computer was logged into was a guest one. Once I figured this out and figured it out how to log in with the account I created, I was able to fix the problem. Thanks for the help Sun Khou!
