How do I fix my controller?

Have you run the steps in Update xbox wireless controller? All controllers you use need to run the firmware update.

I prefer the usb method.

I recently got a notification that a controller update was required.

Is there a way I can control the game with my mac keyboard instead of using my nintendo switch Joy Cons?

If there is, please let me know.

I apologize but the keyboard and mouse is currently not supported in cloud gaming. You can only play using your controller.
