How do i fix my controller (elite series 2)

I have a elite series 2 Controller since i have it it just randomly dissconects and turns off while playing FPS games, e.g Overwatch 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone/Modern Warfare 2. I have sent it away for repairs through microsoft and has been returened just for it to do the same thing but more frequently now. Is anyone else haveing this issue and been able to fix this if so how did you fix this. for a $279.00 NZD controller its bloody annoying for it to happen specially when your in a ranked/competitive game.

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

I also have to retur my elite series 2 but how do i send the controller back with bear nothing on the controller or with what it came with

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that

Sorry to hear about what happened. I know how that feels. I would feel the same way if I were in your situation.

In regards to the issue, just make sure that your controller is fully charged and its firmware is up-to-date. You may plug it in using a USB cable to check if the issue happens as well in wired connection.

If those above steps don't work, it could have been affected by the known issue where controllers randomly disconnecting from the console. You may refer to the latest Xbox update information and known issues here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/...

Best option is to provide a feedback directly to the Xbox team for them to further isolate the issue and fix it in future updates.

Hey you advertised the elite controller to be the best n blaa blaa. Well it's not what you promised do something to fix it or let us exchange them for new, on you... we can just file a recall I guess.

The only problem with my Elite controller are the grips.

But you must wait a little
