    my son cannot play any of his games on his xbox. it says that his console is not connected to xbox live. does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

    Can't Find Match on COD Advanced Wardare on OneS

    Hello everyone!

    So I have COD Advanced Warfare on my Xbox OneS and my Xbox 360. Neither can find a match in COD. Yes, I am connected to the internet (I have tried wifi and an Ethernet cable). Yes, I have Xbox Live. Yes, all of my other games work on Xbox Live on both consoles.

    Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how do you fix it? If not, who do I contact to fix it?

    Xbox One not detected on my home network when attempting to connect via the Xbox app in Windows 10

    I'm attempting to use the Windows 10 Xbox app to stream games to my computer. I have a Comcast provided modem with four ethernet ports. One port is connected to my router, which my PC is connected to via ethernet cable. Another port is directly connected
    to my Xbox One.

    When I click 'connect' in the Xbox app, it does not detect the console. However, when the console was connected to the
    router, via wireless signal, it could detect the console. Anyone have a clue why this is, and how to fix the issue?

    Hello, I am having the same issue as you are...& beyond frustrated now after hours of trying to Sign-in to Xbox Live profile with no luck! As with you my Internet, Network, & XBOX Live shows they’re all connected & also shows a Service Alert but doesn’t
    state what the reason is or how to fix the issue. When I attempted to access my Hulu app it notified me that I needed to sign-in to my Xbox Live Profile, yet it shows in Network Settings that I’m connected to Xbox Live. Any clue what I’m doing wrong & how

    We understand that you are trying to play and communicate with your team but is unable to because of unstable NAT Type and unable to join Xbox Party. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

    Based on your description, you have mentioned HWID, may we know if you are referring to Hardware ID? If yes, with the Hardware ID modification this will result to complex issues and will get resolved by installing relevant services like Xbox Gaming Services. However, this might also mean that you will need to clean install or reset your PC.
