How do I fix error code 82323023 for Xbox series x

Hey I still have this error code 82323023 on my Xbox and I can't record anything anymore I've tried everything including The last solution you guys gave me 3 times and nothing. Is there any other way you guys can help me fix this please.

To confirm, did you already try to sign in your account through the Xbox 360 console and Xbox 360 games on your Xbox Series X?
Don’t you have problems with Xbox One/Series X games?
What error message/error code you got there exactly?
