    hi there I need some help I upgraded from a 500gb to a 1tb xbox one and all I get is Error Code (8083201d) we were unable to sync data with the cloud just now does any one know how to fix called Microsoft and they don't no what to do ive tried all the troubleshooting
    steps on the internet but it still don't work

    how do i fix error code 8083201d syncing to the cloud

    Had this problem myself for the last 4 days.

    Xbox support unable to sort it out over the phone, just told me to hard reset, router reset, profile sign out.

    Had already done all this before ringing them, pretty useless really.

    They said they weren't aware of the issue! It's all over forums error code 8083201d

    Hey Guys,

    Sorry to hear this and would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused

    Can you tried these steps to correct cloud storage issues

    1, settings

    2, disc & blu-ray

    3, persistent storage

    4, clear persistent storage

    5, back to settings

    6, network

    7, advanced settings

    8, alternative MAC address

    9, clear

    10, restart

    11, once rebooted hold thing in the power button for 15 seconds

    12, unplug power supply for 90 seconds if the power brick is hot for 30 minutes

    13, uninstalling the efforts games

    14, reinstalling the games

    15, once installed hold the finger on the power button for 15 seconds

    16, unplug the power supply for 90 seconds if the power supply is hot for 30 minutes

    17, restart console

    18, sign in

    19, launch game

    20, the console will want to sync to the cloud and please allow the console to do this

    21, might fail 3 times at the most but after 5 times of trying clear persistent storage and MAC address and try again

    22, still no luck then see if an Eithernet cable to the console will help to stable the connection

    23, launch game again

    24, the console will want to sync the game and might fail 3 times but carry on from the last point it stopped at

    25, one complete, sit back and enjoy your Xbox One Gaming Experience

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you experiencing this issue with multiple games? Or just one game? Also, in addition to what FIZZYPUTMAN LP has suggested, I recommend power cycling your router/modem or gateway if you haven't already.
