How do I fix error code 39 in my xbox 1 ?

Could you give more detail on the error code? It seems like there are a few common errors with Disney+, especially on Xbox. But this one typically revolves around streaming Disney Plus via its Xbox One app. First, make sure you aren’t currently streaming via PC, mobile, or any other devices while using the Xbox One app. If that still doesn’t work
– try changing HDMI port on your TV to your Xbox. It’s a minor change, but could fix error code 39.

Just do one or all of the following to see if it works.

• methods to fix “Do you own this game or app?” (Error code 0x803f8001)” error on Xbox console
• Option 1. Power cycle Xbox one
• Option 2. Perform hard reset
• Option 3. Clean Windows Store cache
• Option 4. Set home console
• Option 5. Clear persistent storage data
