    How do i fix error (0x82323023)


    I'm having a problem with my recording.. my settings are right I have enough storage but everytime I try to capture a clip it's always saying "we can't capture nowcheck back soon. (0x82323023) this has been a problem for me for multiple weeks and i don't know what else ro do. Please help.

    Hi DemiGodS5, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We will follow the steps on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

    "First please follow this:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

    3. Under Capture & share, please choose don't allow game captures

    Then we will powercycle:

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    Lastly, Allow the game captures again:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

    3. Under Capture & share, please choose allow game captures"

    Hello Javier, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

    - Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    - Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

    - Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if the issue has been resolved.

    If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - Choose Keep Games and Apps

    Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

    Thank you all for your reply, I did de power cycle but it didnt work. Finally I did the factory reset keeping my games and apps and that solve the issue.

    This was a known issue with consoles enrolled in the Alpha Skip Ahead Insider preview.

    Is your console enrolled in a Insider preview? If so, download the latest OS update.

    Check Xbox Insider Forum on Reddit. This forum is for General release OS.
