    How do I fix error 0x80d03801


    my friend just got me the gamepass and I was trying to download sea of thieves on my computer with the xbox app but keeps saying that error and it said something else im going to send in this photo I have no clue how to fix this if anyone knows please let me know

    First, please double check if your D: drive is formatted as NTFS

    Open file explorer > go to my computer > Right-click on D: drive > properties

    I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, now I'm getting the 0x80d03801 error. Honestly thought that would have fixed it :(
