How do I fix cloud gaming issue?

I requested it Thursday and I believe it was approved the same day or Friday

Refunding a game shouldn’t cause problems like these. However, this can be just a coincidence.

Are you able to test if the inconvenience persists with Need for Speed when trying to play with a different device like your mobile phone or a PC?

What procedures you tried to fix this prior to your post creating?

At the moment, I wasn’t able to replicate the inconvenience. Actually, I played the game for a couple of minutes.

Ive tested playing cloud service with other games and they all have worked just fine. I’m not able to try playing this game on other devices, but I’ve also tried restarting my console many times which didn’t work. I think it might be due to the fact that I had previously bought the game and refunded it, because it makes more sense just to buy game pass, although I don’t know how I could fix that if it is the issue.
