How do I fix button prompts not displaying properly?

I wanted to see if you ever found a fix for this. I downloaded today and its SO annoying.

I appreciate your efforts, Randy. It looks like it's an issue with the game itself since your other games work fine. I suggest that you instead report it to the game publisher for them to investigate the issue of their game and fix it with their next game update. Did you mean that the issue only shows when you connect your keyboard or controller?
Does the issue happen to your other Xbox games?

Try to verify and repair your game files:
Open the Xbox app for Windows.
In My Library, select the game title.
Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
Select Files and then Verify and repair.

Don't forget to check and install the latest updates of your Windows and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

If the above steps don't work, try to manually repair/reset the game through the PC Settings.

For our last resort, you might need to reinstall your game.

Hi! did you find a solution? I just installed the game and it´s the same. Not showing buttons but codes like "VK_09" and similar. Please let me know if and how you fixed it.
