How do I fix a game that won’t load and agreement

So I purchased prison architect for pc and when the end-user license agreement came up it never loaded just was on an infinite loop after trying a few times I tried to refund it but it was denied saying I already used the content when it never even launched

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

Apps & features in Settings

Select the More icon next to the app you want to fix.

Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app select Repair if it's available. If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.

None of those worked I think it’s something with the game but of course I have to agree to somthing before upswing and that thing is what won’t load

Mines doing the same, idk how to fix 2k23 from crashing at the loading screen.. I look up on YouTube how to fix it.. I unblock a lot of ppl still didn’t won’t smh
