    Ive been getting the same thing all of sudden happen last night. Dont know what to do havent had a problem at all until now...i can get on XBL but playing a game like 2K which requires to be lag free when attempting a shot is very frustrating.

    It's normally when Live is playing up. Should sort it's self out pretty quick normally.

  6. I've had this happen at different times. I'm convinced it is most likely a Xbox Live issue that happens briefly and randomly... although it wouldn't surprise me if it were a lizard *** issue since it never happened until they entered the picture.

    In any case, try power cycling your modem/router and Xbox. If it is an issue with one of those, this should fix it. Other than that, all you can do is check for service alerts and wait it out. You definitely won't have good online performance with it that
    way if you can get the game online at all.

  7. There is a big thread about this on the support page and it seems like a lot of other people since last night has had the same issue...i get almost 40 down and 2 up and never have a problem... Tried rebooting everything my nat been open since day 1 ...guessing
    its something out of my hands.

    Blame Lizard Squad, they're probably planning their next move until someone grounds them. I'm blaming all Xbox Live Service Alerts on them, instead of Microsoft or your ISP.

  11. Just had it happen to me. How do I fix 100% packet loss :(

    Just in the past day alone, I've had 3 game crashes, 1 disconnect from XBL, and 1 automatic console reset. It's starting to worry me quite a bit.

    This my first time getting this 100% Packet Loss notification.. But there isn't anything i can do about it. It's probably just a bug, but i'm able to play online with friends and other people just fine, and haven't had any connection issues lately. So i

    It's definitely Xbox LIVE related and probably a bug, logic would say no packets equals no connection, but I can play online albeit with some issues.

    I just hardwired my xbox and tested other devices on my internal network (and also external to Google)... basically I'm 0% loss everywhere except when testing through the Xbox. Also on fibre optic, so yea I'll just wait for MS to fix this.

  14. 100% packet loss here since 12/27 when set up xbox one for first time. Can't play nba2k15 online apparently due to packet loss. Tried hard reset of xbox1, cycled down modem/router/xbox1, opened NAT, none of these seemed to work. Any advice would be appreciated.

  15. As noted above, I was unable to connect to NBA2k15 servers for multiplayer gaming. I checked multiplayer status and got the 100% packet loss error. Called microsoft and they confirmed that since I could connect to XBL that it was a faulty error message
    that they see a lot now. I shared I was using a Technicolor TC8305C Gateway provided by Comcast and they suggested that could be the issue. I swapped it out today for another model provided by Comcast suggested by Microsoft, the Cisco DPC 3939. Issue resolved,
    I can now connect to multiplayer gaming and the error message went away as it now shows 0% packet loss.
