    How do I fix 100% Packet Loss on the Xbox if my Network Provider isn't the cause?


    I've been suffering from 100% Packet Loss for the past week now... and I don't know what I can do to alleviate the issue
    I called my network provider they sent a supervisor he looked over the router and modem and told me it was an issue with
    xbox but Xbox NEVER picks up calls so I can't discuss the problem with any of them to fluffing solve the issue creating an infuriating Loop that isn't solving my damn problem! Please somebody Help Me before I lose my mind from all this b.s. nonsensical back and forth dook dook b.s. or before I break the damn console out of frustration whichever occurs first.

    HELP Please.

    Hi im kinda new to the hole internet fixing thing but my X1 has always had a packet loss of 100% but after reading a description of what packet loss is i am quite curious as to how my xbox and internet are still functioning normaly... Not only that but it
    dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
    causing this i would be great to get others feedback:)

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    High Packet Loss

    I can't connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox One. I tested my multiplayer connection and it told me "You have high packet loss". I checked my Detailed Network Statistics and this is what it read:

    Download speed 7.31 Mbps

    Upload speed 1.73Mbps

    Packet loss 100%

    MTU 1480

    Latency (blank space)

    Wireless strength 100%

    Does anyone know how I can fix my connection?
