    How do I finish redeeming my code?


    So I bought the Life is Strange 2 digital code off of amazon. This is my first time doing a digital code so I just followed the online steps. I redeemed the code via laptop through the Microsoft website.

    How do I redeem the code on my xbox? The online instructions are telling me to just click on the "buy" button on my xbox and it won't charge me it'll just install. But when I click it, it just tries to charge my card. So then I try to click the redeem code
    button on my xbox and it says code is already redeemed.

    Since you redeemed it on the website then it's already been redeemed. You would just sign into your account on the Xbox and the game should either be in your Games and Apps and already installed if it's set up for that, or it will be listed under Ready
    to Install and you can install it from there.

    I don't even see the game at all in my "Games and Apps" tab. I even tried looking for a "Ready to install" tab and I don't see that either. I don't know where else to look. Should I sign out and then back in?

    Another suggestion would be to check your purchase history on Microsoft's site.

    Even though it was purchased at another retailer, it should still show up on your account once you successful claimed the game.

    For example, I recently got the game Underhero for being an Ambassador, and it shows in my account when I redeemed the code. It also says the game was "$0.00."

    Under Games and Apps you should see a category on the left that says "Full Library", you'll find Ready to Install under there.

    If it's not listed there, then you'll need to make sure you were signed into the correct account when you redeemed the code.
