How do I find which xbox has "my xbox home" currently

I gave my account to a couple of friends and they made it home xbox. I told them i needed the account back and found out that they used the emergency switch, now they removed home xbox from both of their consoles and as far as I know, I only gave the account
to both of them. Is there any way to locate where my account is?

Side note, sharing account information is a violation of the code of conduct. So sharing in the way you and your friends have done does put you all at risk for being banned. It would be a good idea to change your
password.

You can check by going to the list of devices under account
https://account.microsoft.com/devices, then click on Show Details under each console showing up in your devices, then click manage to identify which one is set as your home. The one that's currently set as home console should have the option below.

First of all: To make your account really "yours" again, you should go to
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and change your password.

This will prevent your friends to get into your account, if you actually stored your account on their consoles. That way they can't set their console as your account's Home Console, and prevent other shenanigans (like sending abusive messages on your account
to get you banned, or to buy stuff with your payment options).

While on the page, also scroll down and enable Two Step Verification and set up the free Authenticator App on your phone.

After that, sign into your account on your console that you wish to make your Home Console. If you still have changes left from your account's yearly "allowance" of 5 Home Console changes, you can then set your desired console your "Home Console".

All other consoles will then lose the Home Console status.

Please ensure the console license has been set for your profile. The webpage which covers this is

support.xbox.com/.../my-home-xbox The basic steps are to log in, go to Settings, My Xbox, my home Xbox and ensure it is set. It's like a toggle, so if the final choice states "This isn't my home Xbox" then yours is currently set as your home. If it isn't
currently set then you'll see the option to do so. This should allow content to be shared as long as the children's settings do not restrict such content.
