    How do I find what email I used to create my account?


    Hello all, I am running into a problem here. I created my son an account w/ my email, then a year later my nephew was ready for xbox live so I tried to create him an account. At the time I couldn't figure out how to just add him to my existing account so
    I created him a new one with a new email. A month or so ago I could not remember the email and could not get into his account at all, so my intelligent self just did the exact same thing AGAIN, and made another email and just started him a whole new gamertag
    and everything. Now I am having the same problem. I did finally find the original account email on a random paper I jotted it on, but he wants his new acct. I am paying monthly so I have been charged for 3 separate memberships in the last week and don't even
    have access to one. His xbox tells him he cannot play live anymore until he enters his email and password. Is there any way to find out the email address I used, when I cannot log on to his account on the xbox? I would really appreciate any and all advice.

    As you don't remember the account email used to migrate the account, I can advise you fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team https://account.live.com/acsr

    You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

    Please note that no one here including Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links or modify/share account information for security policies
