    How do i find the setting that controls the wifi connection ?


    My son’s xbox disconnects itself from the internet at 8:00 pm and we have no clue why. We have tried everything to fix it. Ive turned off all screen time settings. Turned them on. Changed times. Nothing works. Please help. This has been going on for almost a year with no fix.

    Added: everytime he tries to log on again, the message pops up that says:

    “Connect to the Internet to continue, because your account has screen time restrictions in place, you need to reconnect to the Internet before proceeding”

    All screentimes have been turned off. Im at my wits end.
