The only way to know exact creation date of that account is to contact Microsoft Account Support.

Phone support can tell you when your gamertag was created. You just have to pass all the security questions.

Go to your billing history and see when you purchased your first gold membership and the date should be on there. If you were a silver member for a while then I'm not sure If you can find the exact date when you join.
