    How do I find out exactly what my ban was for?


    I would just like to know exactly why I was chat banned on xbox. I cannot recall saying anything to anyone that wasn't my friend and all in good fun. I have gone onto the enforcement site but can only find my past bans. Help?!?!?!

    The forum staff, Ambassador team abd Xbox Support are unable to assist you with Enforcement action on your account. The only way to obtain more information is the case review. It is the only way to communicate with the Enforcement team. The only way to receive
    a suspension is by violating the
    Code of Conduct    . I suggest reviewing the code to ensure it doesn't happen again.

    if it's a communication ban, it's because of something you said or wrote. maybe someone of them reported you.

    You will not know exactly what message, as it could lead to retaliation. It can also be from a while back.
