how do i find missing add ons, xbox app pc.

So on the xbox console i own stellaris and ten add ons for it, however on the xbox app on my laptop it says i dont own any add ons, im using the same account for both of them.

How do I update the Xbox beta app on PC? I wasn't able to find a option for it.

How do I add the laptop to the list of devices? Is it simly by logging into xBOX Music on the laptop/ If so I cant get that far. When I open the app I get:

"we cant connect to xBOX services right now

make sure you have internet access and try again"

I cant find anyway on the web account page to add it. I only see how to remove devices.

AM I missing something?

If you haven't already, I would suggest removing and redownloading your gamertag as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and then seeing if you can find it in My Game's & Apps under Manage Game.
