how do I find how to - configuration ports for Xbox live

My son is playing Fiffa 17 but keeps stopping and asking him to sign in all the time. I have been told we need to open ports on our router and have a list of ports the ISP do not do it so how do you do it.

Xbox1 not connecting to Internet

I would run into issues with this intermittently as well. You might want to check the port forwarding rules for your router. From any web browser, type in the address of your router to access its configuration page (usually this is 192.168.1.1). You'll have
to log in as an admin- information on how to do this and navigate your router's config page should be provided by the manufacturer. What you want to do is set up port forwarding to "open up" the port that the Xbox One needs to connect to the Internet, as they
may be blocked by your router's firewall. You can visit
support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live for information on how to set this up.
