How do I find a lost xbox one controller.

Hi,

I have a 2016 xbox one s and have lost my xbox elite controller. As far as I am aware, there is no way to find it. I have tried asking cortana and tried going into settings, with no luck.

Any help appreciated,

try headset for cortana.. if controller is turned off.. then you have to find it manual only..

That will only work if the controller is switched on, if it's turned off, then it wont work.

f you've lost your controller, the Xbox One
will now allow you to locate it through the console. Asking the console to locate it through Kinect will activate the vibration sensor in the controller, and while that's not much
it could be just enough noise and vibration to help you find your missing accessory.

Try doing that with Cortana.

If your battery in the controller dead then your outta luck on any app sending it a vibration.

If the controller is off or the batteries are dead it will be hard to find.

Start Checking between the couch cushions.

An old friend of mine literally put a controller in the fridge while getting a drink, we re-enacted what happened and found it.
