How do I figure out how long my console is banned?

My console got banned I think because I made too many accounts for my hero ultra rumble for a new character, but I wanna know if it’s a permanent ban or a year so I’m not just waiting for nothing. Also it will be a years time in about a month from since I got banned so i don’t know if my Xbox will be working again after or if it’s just garbage and I should get rid of it. Please let me know

if it is a console ban it is permanent and not appealable

Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.
