  1. How do I escalate to someone that matters?


    I purchased an Xbox One for my daughter about 2 years ago. 2 days ago the hardware failed and now the console won't connect to a network (internet). Calling customer support made it worse, now I can't use the Xbox at all. The final determination for support
    was send it in for repair and pay to have it fixed. Microsoft should be ashamed that they allow consumers to buy a product that will fail within 2 years. Perhaps the $400 I put out for this console means nothing to this company but I can't believe this is
    the experience that they think is acceptable. If I bought and Iphone and it failed within 2 year, just wouldn't connect to a wifi network that company would go out of business. Anyways, enough ranting, how can I escalate my issues to someone that has some
    authority to impact the way consumers of this company are treated? This whole process has lost MS a customer for life and I will convince everyone possible to stop using them also.

  3. How do I get someone unbanned that I reported?

    Your friend would have to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    The enforcement team is the only ones that handle suspensions (putting them on and taking them off of accounts)

    The case review process is the only way to contact enforcement to do anything about taking a suspension off of an account.

    All Xbox consoles have a manufacturer's warranty of one year from the purchase date. After that, you have to pay to have it fixed, since it is now considered "out-of-warranty".
    There's no other way around this. You always have the option to get it repaired/replaced through here:

    Microsoft has an
    extended warranty
    option, but it's only available for up to 45 days after the console purchase. I recommend taking advantage of any extended warranty offers for future purchases; hardware failures unfortunately do happen to a small percentage of people.

    How do I get in touch with someone. The problem is persisting and you should be able to go back to history and see this this fraud. It seems like the hackers have figured out your system and we're all paying for it. There has to be something you can do to help. We never received one email stating that someone requested to change his email. How can this happen? we only received it once the person had access to his account. How do I escalate this?     I appreciate that. You say you escalated the issue do you need the individuals user name that this is happening to oor does that matter? Are you just getting information on the next thing that individual can do ?
