    How do I escalate a person who DdoSed me on GTA?


    I was playing GTA online last night with some of my friends. Killed a guy a few times and he joined our party uninvited. He had added me as a friend, I blocked him right away as I could tell he was a lowlife and did so with the intention of no good. Our
    party was open so he joined. I had asked the host to kick him right away and within minutes I had my network compromised. They also added me on two other accounts that had a zero gamer score, which I blocked and they use for the sole purpose to stalk and
    hack people.

    I've spoken to my ISP who confirmed I was hacked. I looked in my firewall and see the breech. I took a screenshot of it.

    I've reached out to Rockstar to see how to get this person off GTA Online.

    I called Microsoft and spoke to a rep who had me report them. He was very nice and helpful, but said he was going to follow up with an e-mail so I can send the screenshot and get updates, but I never saw a follow up e-mail. I am not OK with people committing
    a felony because they got made at a game. I want to ensure I take this as far as I can and that other people don't have to deal with their personal info compromised by this creep. Is there anyone I can get in contact or that is reading this that can ensure
    this? This person needs a console ban. I am sure it will turn out the person who joined our party and booted us is uses the same console of the other two accounts used to stalk people. I have three witnesses, one of who was also hacked and has the IP address
    of the person who did it (but I am sure it is masked and not their actual IP address), I have a screenshot of my firewall showing the hack, and I truly want to make sure this has action taken to it.

    Found a person who ddosed me

    So i dont know what category to put this in but a person with the gamertag CodysJardet ddosed me and i have 2 internets and he ddosed my good internet and now i dont know what to do about it! Can someone help me please

    As long as you filed a complaint on him the enforcement team will investigate him. However, since DDoS attacks are done through your internet and not through the Live service the enforcement team can only take action if he actually said something or did
    something through Live to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

    Here's the thing. How do Microsoft know this person is DDoSing? They aren't attacking LIVE, so nothing is going to show at Microsoft's end. Should they just ban on the person making the report's word?

    It doesnt bother me anymore I was upset at the time when I was Dos attacked. That person is still out there DDOSing every day though so... watch out!

    Worst customer service from microsoft.

    I called the support, looks like the lower tier didnt do this. The person who I asked to escalate actually escalated the issue & the person on the phone said, it would be some confusion at tier 3 who is currently working on this ticket & you may have wait
    for another 4 days to be contacted by tier 3 to know more :)
