How do I enter my postal code to purchase a game on your app on the Xbox One

I suggest that you setup your account shipping & billing information and payment method through https://account.microsoft.com website. Go to Payment & billing > Address book and Payment options.

You see the following error code when you try to make a purchase on Xbox Live on Xbox:

This may mean that you have entered one of the following incorrectly:

• Billing address
• Zip Code or postal code

The information you entered doesn't match the billing address or code used by your credit card company.

Solution
