How do I end a wrongful ban with no way to contact the enforcement team?

I’m being wrongfully banned for using profanity while using the in game chat window inside of the elder scrolls online Tamriel unlimited mmo example I was ver recently banned a week ago for saying "[mod removed] eso" which was my own personal opinion of how i felt about the game at that moment so I was banned for nothing offensive nothing malicious it want toward anyone or insulting anyone it was literally just me saying f the game , also inside the game there’s an option to turn off profanity actually you can’t even see profanity until you choose to enable it through the in game settings , i was wrongfully banned for using profanity in a game that allows you to censor it it’s a rated m for Mature game and I’ve just received another ban for saying "[mod removed]" which was said months ago during an in game event called mid year mayhem and I am African American I don’t understand why I’m being banned for using a word that is only able to be seen in the first place because whoever reported it chose to enable profanity which is set as censored until chosen to be enabled

A game rating has nothing to do with xbox live chat

As you can see the forums censored it

You can't use profanity on forums or game chat it dont matter if you used it against someone it's not allowed in chat if you offend someone

And yes that's what the report button is for

Fyi the same rules apply on forums and xbox.live is rated E for everyone

A game.rating is only for purchasing.it is upto.the parent what their child.plays it doesmt.prevent any under age person from.playing

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings. The only way to contact them is to post in that forum.

Harrassments do just warrant suspensions usually, but if you've had multiples suspensions, it will end in a permanent ban.

Sorry, but support is incorrect. The enforcement team no longer uses the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision,there is nothing else you can do.

so even if i did nothing wrong im going to have to wait out the ban?

There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans. If it is temporary,all you can do is wait it out.
