How do I enable multiplayer

I tried playing minecraft today and my multiplayer was disabled. When I try to access privacy and online safety on the xbox settings as other posts told me to do the page does not exist. More detailed, it says: "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.", "The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

How can I enable multiplayer?

Meaning under 13, yes. I am just 10, but my father says I can play Minecraft

But my father doesn't know how and nor do I! So how is he supposed to allow it?

Kindly check the support link: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/36..., click " Xbox settings " to see if you'll be router to the page. If the same error comes up, I suggest you submit a report so this can be further investigated.
