    How do I enable gamer profile on Xbox Live?


    It says To access online features, you must be signed into an Xbox live enable profile and connected to Xbox Live. How do I do that? And why?

    @Covered - is your profile on your console with the name you prefer a LIVE enabled profile? Has it ever been connected to LIVE?

    @Cupcake - This actually sounds like a different issue, but have you tried recovering your account on your console?
