How Do I Edit Age Settings?

Hello, apologies but you can not change the DOB on an account once it has been set. You will need to create a new account with the correct DOB information or wait until the account matures.

Hello again TOXIC. Your save games are on your Hard Drive and your game downloads are connected to your console that you downloaded them too as well as movies/music purchased from the Xbox Marketplace so you will still be able to have that stuff with a

Well you can only do it on your console once you actually turn 18

And no you can't edit the settings to do it sooner nor changing the email or ms account or editing the birthdate will change your account age

Once set the age of an account cannot be changed

When you are redirected to that website means you are using a minor's account.

Your Xbox account age starts from the Date of Birth you entered when creating your profile online.

Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

If your Date of Birth is correct, try adding a payment method and billing information to your Microsoft Account.

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

You can add or edit payment options here.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.
