How do I download Tekken 6?

So obviously I know how to download games normally, but for some reason it keeps saying that my purchase cannot be completed and to try again. I try again, same thing. I tried getting the game on my computer instead, but I keep getting stuck with an infinite
loading icon.

I live in Denmark, and it says so on my account. The language on my Xbox is set to English but I don't see why that should make a difference. I also have a valid payment option saved to my account.

Is this a store issue I'll have to wait out or something I can fix?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue purchasing a game. You can try the

link for the game. Make sure you have a billing address on your profile. You could also try using Paypal for the purchase. If you keep having issues, we suggest to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I seem to recall my Games with Gold purchases glitching out before. The Store might be having issues.

Things I would try are:

- Closing the Store app (hit the xbox guide button, highlight Store, press Menu button and select Quit)

- Fully restart the console

- Or just wait a while like you said, it might fix itself.

I can't don't know much more technical answers than that, but it's a start and might just work

I'll try changing everything to Danish and download it, then I can maybe change it back to English... hopefully it will still play after installing.

That would be the issue

For xbox 360 content EVERYTHING must match

Account region

Actual region

Console region

And language region

Since denmark is dutch making it english can cause problems

Xbox one games are thr only one that are region independent

This does not apply to bc titles

Maybe try using the 360 marketplace website and downloading from there.

It will then appear in Ready to install section
