How do i download or create profile so ican play 360 games on xbox one

Just login with the same account you use on your 360 to Xbox One, and open the game. When you start the game your profile will be synced. Make note that you can only play those Xbox 360 games on Xbox One that are backwards compatible.

Just to clarify, it could be you have an offline profile also if you have game data make sure you move it to the cloud option on your 360, this way any saved files will sync on the xbox one so you dont need to start a fresh

The 360s had what were called offline profiles.

These are profiles that do not require a MS account these were only available on the 360 on the One they require xbox profiles with MS accounts.
