How do i download Halo Reach?

I am currently in the Philippines and my account region is set to USA and I get the error code 80150017, I know I need my physical location and account location to match to download the game but the Philippines is not an xbox live supported country. I talked
to MS support and he told me to proxy my ip but i dont know how to do that. I wanted to try to create a new account with the free 1 month gold on each console and set that region to Philippines so i can download the game and play it on my main account, but
I dont know if its ok to do that, is it? I wanna get the game and its the only way I can think of.

p.s. I downloaded Saints Row 3 a few months ago without a problem and it's region free but Halo Reach is also region free and I cant download it(account location and physical location were still different when I downloaded SR 3)

How do i download the Halo MCC insider app? The only game available in the insider program hub is Minecraft.

 

How do I get Halo?

halo was included with my Xbox One but we can't figure out how to get it. It didn't come as a disk. It's in the Xbox itself. Help?

 

Same problem here.. I thought that free with gold means FREE.. next console will be Sony

support.xbox.com/.../change-region) is a serious breach of Microsoft's Terms and Conditions. Please return them to the correct location, lest a Microsoft rep catches wind of this and you suffer the consequences.

 

@minimooo lots of people change their account region to different regions but I only did it to play online, our country is not an Xbox live supported country besides my account has been like that for months and I didnt get banned. I might change my account
region back to India because I think that was the region set on my account when I downloaded saints row.

 

I'm in Australia, and I can't even get this. And I have GOLD till December 2015...

 

The gamertag must match your physical region in order to download the game. Most games are IP locked and cannot be downloaded if your gamertag does not match your location.

 

@onyx62is but I downloaded saints row last may without problems and my account region and physical region didnt match and my friend downloaded dark souls without a problem and his account region and physical region didnt match too BTW can i create a 2nd
account to download the game?

 

Not all games are region locked. So there are games you can download, but with region locked games, like Halo Reach, your physical location has to match your actual location. Creating a second account will not allow you to download the game because you live
in a region that is not support by Live so the game would not be available in your region.

 

i live in Spain and i have problems downloading HALO:Reach but not HALO:Waypoint is it because it is region locked or not?

 

If your account region is also set to Spain, you should have no issues downloading the game. If you're having another issue, it would be best to create your own thread in order to get the best assistance.

 

is the account region the same as the locale ?- i set thet to spain because it was on united kingdom

Check your account at
http://commerce.microsoft.com It should show you what region your account is set to. If it says anything other than Spain, that would be your issue.

 

I'm from Brazil and everytime I try to download it stops at 80% and reset to 0%
