I'm sorry you're going through this problem, this is an internal EA issue, so you should contact support.

But I can guide you to a possible solution, since I have investigated, and I came across a forum where a user mentioned that changing the password of their EA account managed to solve this problem.

You can change the password and let us know if this solved the problem so that other users who have this same problem can also solve it.

I dont think you understand how home console works on gamepass

One gamepass is NOT sharable only the gold part of xgu is this also exclude.perks

Only games from gamepass and regular downloads work on home share your wife would not be able to downlload the games

But ea play is NOT part of regular downloads and require the gamepass owner to use their ea play games

If you've use eaplay to purchase the games not downlosd then she can use it

You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

This is an EA error for a login error

What exactly are you trying to do?

Play multiplayer games or trying to play ea games ?

You can download gamepass games with the exception of perks (ea games included as it's assigned to one account not the console)

because gamepass pc is basically a front end and it uses the windows store only then if it aint in the windows store it aint on gamepass.

and ea has not realy been added, they just linked your sub to ea so you can download the ea play games from the ea app, there are no acheivements for any of the ea games and no cloud saves and no cross saves. it is a shambles of an app really.

carefull of some of the games within gamepass too, they get you to download a 43GB game which should be 8GB and then people discover it downloads the game for each language available so 5 copies of the exact same game.
