How do I download content that is no loner available?

We need to verify if you're using the correct account to download the game. Kindly sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and track your transaction for the game. If you can see your transaction for it and it's showing as "Completed", kindly sign in to that account to your console and download the game by following the steps below.

- Go to My Games and apps

- Select Full Library

- Select All Owned Games

- On the next page, click on "All Games"

- Then on the drop-down options, select the Ready to Install Tab

However, if your transaction is not showing up in your Order History, it may be possible that the game was purchased on a different account so kindly check all the possible email addresses that you have.

Just download your most played if need be. I also heard they send you a loner first and put a holding charge on a credit card so at least you have your one until the 'loner' comes. Sadly you would have to download games on your loner and then do a again
when they send back your refurbished original. I could be wrong though, I'm just going off hear say

I downloaded content on my hard drive but the content is not in the game. Several times to delete and download again, still not available in the game. How many multiplayer maps in the game? I've got to nine.

Well after playing the game some more, the option to obtain the additional content became available in game and that's how I was able to download the dlc that's part of the season pass. I haven't played the extra content yet so once I do, I'll be sure to
post an update.
